1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most pincode locations across India.
If your area is not serviceable by our delivery partners, our team will contact you to discuss possible alternatives or issue a full refund.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an email and SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Areas: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Locations: 8–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, and unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or strikes.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or orders above a specific value (as mentioned on product pages or promotions).
  • Orders below the free-shipping threshold may incur a nominal delivery charge, displayed during checkout before you make the payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to track the current status and expected delivery date of your order at any time.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your order.
If you are unavailable during delivery attempts, the product will be returned to us, and reshipment may incur additional charges.

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

8. Damaged Packages

If you notice your package is tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept it and immediately inform us at care@msmartstore.com.
If already accepted, share photos or videos of the damaged package within 24 hours of delivery to help us resolve the issue quickly.

9. International Shipping

At present, MS Mart Store ships only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
