1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or replacement if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- The product is missing accessories or parts.
- The product does not match the description on our website.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- The product should be sent back in the same packaging in which it was delivered.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective:
- Personal care appliances (e.g., trimmers, hair dryers, etc.)
- Consumable items
- Clearance or “Sale” items
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and images or video proof of the issue.
- Our support team will verify the request and provide you with return instructions.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or request you to ship the product to our return address.
Please note:
- The product must be packed safely to avoid transit damage.
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email or phone.
After approval, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original mode of payment.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The product is used or damaged after delivery.
- The original packaging or accessories are missing.
- The return request is made after the return window.
5. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we’ll ship a new product after we receive and verify your returned item.
Replacements are subject to product availability.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at care@msmartstore.com.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- In case of prepaid cancellations before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
7. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or videos for verification before approving the return or replacement.
